Unless you have been living under an earthbound rock then I’m sure you’ll have heard about the interstellar visitor to our solar system that was discovered in July this year, and due to some anomalies recorded by our telescopes and scientists such as a forward facing “tail” and signs of nickel being emitted without any traces of iron (a sure sign of intelligent manufacturing rather than a natural event apparently) gave some of us hope that the aliens were on their way to save our planet! Of course, it turns out 3i/Atlas is just an impressively large and anomalous comet after all. Some believe that celestial events like the arrival of 3i/Atlas can shift our energy or motivation, especially if you follow astrology. Its current flight path has it located in the constellation of Virgo, which got me wondering – if like me you do subscribe to astrology, then what effect is this swarthy visitor having on you?
And if you are a Virgo, what does your star sign say about your relationship with food? As a Pisces, I am told that I am prone to being gluttonous. Not the best news to hear when faced with a low carb, low cal diet, but certainly helps explain one’s tendency to overeat! To manage this, I now use a food tracker which is helping re-educate me on proper portion sizes and get a real value of how much I am eating calorically.
What star sign are you and how does it translate to your weight loss journey? do you have any strategies to overcome any proclivities your sign leans to?
