The taste was hit and miss with both shakes and meals, I found the texture qute grainy, so I stuck to 2 flavours I liked which were the Chocolate shake, & the hot Carbonara. I found the recomended dosage left me still hungry so I increased the recomended measure per meal to ensure my hunger was satisfied.

The introductory offer was great – got a t shirt, a shaker, and a hot food mug. Would definitely use again, as didnt stick to it for long enough last time.
