Products are hit and miss in terms of taste, depending upon personal preference. Easy to access, and at a reasonable price too (from most supermarkets) Easy to follow, but equally easy to unfollow. Personally I found myself very hungry during the first 2 weeks.

I couldnt sustain this diet as I just didn’t like the taste or flavours. Plenty of other better tasting products on the market, but the cheaper price point reflects this.
